How do I Register?

N.B. By registering, you agree that you have read and understood our terms, conditions and policies outlined in the documents below.  This includes our contract, school rules, payment policies and any other document enclosed therein. You also agree that registration is not completed until proof of payment of the registration fee is received.

Documents Required for Registration

Each student is required to provide two(2) passport size pictures, immunization records, birth certificate & completed medical form. Medical forms are available at nycdaycareja.com/register. Medical forms should be printed, completed by a registered physician and submitted to the school's office. 

Registration is Currently  - OPEN Registration for New Students - $2000 & Returning Students $1500

Registration Steps

1. Click the "Complete Online Registration Form" button below or "Register Here!" at the top of page.
   
2. Complete the Form providing the most relevant information in each field.
   
3. Pay the relevant fees and submit proof of payments to the school's office.
4. Upon completion, you will be notified by email or telephone call of the progress of your application
